Image of the Crucified Christ with three nails, represented at the time of death with eyes closed and mouth half-open. During its restoration, the head was re-positioned to follow the verticality of the body, given that in a previous intervention –very common in figures of the crucified Christ– it had been made to rest on the right shoulder in an effort to suggest greater pain.
The piece came from Sant Pere de Madrona and largely conserves the original polychromy dating from the 13th century.
