It is composed of the fan skeleton and textile. Only the front is decorated. In the centre is a painted landscape with a peasant woman, while painted white flowers embellish the edges; the fan features metallic embroidery in both the landscape and the flowers.
The skeleton is modernista in style, but the textile is not. This illustrates the coexistence of a newer style alongside others that are more conventional in the industrial arts.
