ROMANESQUE CHURCH OF SANT QUIRZE DE PEDRET (EL BERGUEDÀ)

ROMANESQUE CHURCH OF SANT QUIRZE DE PEDRET (EL BERGUEDÀ)

The museum in the region

It can be reached on foot by crossing a small stone bridge.

The Romanesque church, built between the  ninth and tenth centuries, with its Mozarabic constructions and Romanesque and Pre-Romanesque paintings, is one of the most outstanding buildings of the Romanesque period in the whole of Catalonia. It houses remnants of the original mural paintings and reproductions of other fragments that are now on display in Solsona Museum.
