A very unique image of the Madonna and Child, given that very few terracotta Gothic sculptures have survived in Catalonia. The image is seated on a bench with the Child on her left knee; He is holding the globe in his hand.
Remnants of the original polychromy have survived, especially on her cloak, which is blue and decorated with stars. Both for the sculptural technique, which is outstanding on the clothing, and the material used, this work is attributed to the workshop of the sculptor Claperós.
